Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 2026
Placeholder and non-binding draft. Replace with legally reviewed terms before going live.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all Fusiores services provided to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. Deviating terms of the client only become part of the contract upon written confirmation.
2. Subject matter
The subject matter is analysis, implementation and operating services around locally hosted AI systems. The specific scope follows from the respective quote. Prices stated on this website are indicative; the written quote is binding.
3. Client cooperation
The client provides the required hardware, network access, test data and contacts in good time. Delays caused by missing cooperation extend deadlines accordingly.
4. Hardware
Fusiores does not supply hardware. Requirements are specified by Fusiores; procurement is carried out by the client.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. Invoices are payable without deduction within [payment term] days. Operating fees are invoiced monthly in advance.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties treat all information obtained during the cooperation as confidential. The client’s production data is processed exclusively within the client’s infrastructure and is not used for training purposes.
7. Rights of use
The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the configurations created for them within the agreed purpose. Rights to third-party components are governed by their respective licences.
8. Liability
Fusiores is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breach of material obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
Output of an AI system must be reviewed. No warranty is given for the factual accuracy of generated documents.
9. Term and termination
Operating services run for twelve months and continue monthly thereafter unless terminated with one month’s notice.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is [jurisdiction]. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remainder is unaffected.
